**The organisation**

Here at Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association we are passionate about providing quality and well maintained homes exclusively for people living within the borough of Merthyr Tydfil. We are a community based Housing Association, providing exceptional services to all our customers.

We are only a small Housing Association, currently managing c.1200 units, with a turnover of £6m and a staff base of 45. However, we punch well above our weight, particularly with our ongoing development programme, which will continue to increase over the next couple of years.

**The opportunity**

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, your role will be to assist in the continuous delivery of our first-class maintenance service to our tenants by managing day to day repairs; void and reactive maintenance; producing technical specifications; supervision of cyclical and planned maintenance contracts; surveying housing stock to update relevant databases.

We are a values led organisation and are passionate about the service we provide to our tenants who are at the heart of everything we do.

Interviews are planned to take place at the MTHA offices and are likely to take place during w/c 27thFebruary or 6th March 2023.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
