Providing a high quality, progressive and inclusive employment experience is really important to us, and in this key new role, you will support the HR services Manager in leading a team of HR professionals providing a solution focused HR service to the University’s employees and their managers.

As well as providing HR administrative support to all aspects of the employee lifecycle the team of Officers and Advisors will also work closely with the HR Business Partners supporting their management of a range of activities including casework and secretary support. This role will champion the use of HR data to support decision making, ensure compliance with HR key performance indicators and service level agreements and enable the Business Partners to offer a collaborative and proactive service to managers. We are looking for an excellent team leader who is enthusiastic and solution focused who understands the importance of the employee experience and how processes, data and collaborative working combine to deliver an excellent HR Service to the University.

You will have worked in a HR team in a large, complex organisation, as well as have experience of successfully leading a team. We are also looking for someone with demonstrable experience of delivering high quality, solution focused HR services to a range of internal customers and stakeholders.
