Work Wales are delighted to be working closely with a well-respected Brynmawr based manufacturer, to add experienced Machine Operators to their team. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career with an established employer and develop your skills in expertise.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manually packing product from the extrusion lines
- Loading finished goods onto pallet with 25kg bags ready for shipping
- Operating multiple extrusion lines
- Regular process audits and clean down
- Responsible for the safe operation of equipment and processes as part of the shift team
- Having the willingness to pass on knowledge and experience to others
- You will be working in teams and operating large scale machinery to very specific conditions
- Ensuring that a safe working environment and our industry standards are always maintained

**SHIFT PATTERN**

**Monday to Friday 3 shift pattern**

**Weekend overtime available (as required)**

**EXPERIENCE**
- Extrusion experience is essential
- Blending experience is desirable
- Plastics industry is desirable for this role
- FLT desireable

**THE PERSON**
- Punctuality is key for this department
- We’re wanting self-motivated individuals that can work alone but also well within a team
- We are also looking for individuals who are keen to progress and learn, as the business plans to grow and invest in its people and infrastructure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £11.44-£12.87 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
