Springfield Day Nurseries, or Kids Planet as we are now known, are a friendly, growing business who operate five day care nursery settings in the Conwy County area and are part of the Kids Planet community of nearly 200 nurseries UK wide.

The job holder will need to be flexible, hardworking and understanding of children dealing with personal challenges.

**Duties**
- Working on a one-to-one basis with a child with additional learning needs.
- Helping the child take part in daily activities by providing support and encouragement.
- Supporting with meal and snack times.
- Providing a supportive and nurturing environment for the child.

You will need to be a friendly, sociable and empathetic personality who can relate well to others. Previous experience within a childcare or education setting is highly desirable but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £7.00-£10.62 per hour
