As a Loss Adjuster, you’ll join our exciting journey to fulfil our future vision. We aim to support the UK’s 17m drivers and to facilitate their driving lives through data and innovation; to succeed with this, we require a step-change in pace and thinking. Join us as we transform and deliver on this ambitious vision.

**This is the job**:
Are you committed to helping our customers when they need our support the most? As a Loss Adjuster, you will have the opportunity to join our Home Insurance Claims business covering the South-East region.

Do you have a strong customer focus where indemnity control and first-class customer service is placed at the heart of each claim? If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you

**What will I be doing?**:
You will be working closely with claims colleagues to manage our major and complex losses, with an element of supply chain management.
- Undertaking site visits for larger or more complex claims to agree a claims project plan with key stakeholders
- Ensuring complex and large loss cases are appropriately managed

**What do I need?**:

- Demonstrable experience of handling large and complex property claims up to and over £50,000 in value
- Field claims management experience would be preferable
- Thorough knowledge of the anatomy of domestic buildings and understanding of their defects, suitable repairs, and drying techniques
- Stakeholder management skills
- A self-starter with a proven ability to solve problems and deliver results that add value
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail

- Diverse learning and development opportunities to support you to progress in your career
- 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
- Free AA breakdown membership after 12 months, 50% discount in your first year
- Discounts on AA products including car and home insurance
