This newly created Junior Finance Assistant vacancy presents a great opportunity todevelop existing skills within finance with the guidance and support of the Group Financial Controller.

**What will you be doing as Finance Assistant?**
- Raising sales invoices/credits
- Allocate bank receipts (for projects) Sage, project spreadsheet and PIM
- Review Engineer Timesheet and allocate to Projects
- Assisting in Project meetings and update the system
- Compiling reports on sales, expenditure, marketing, and other accounting activity for senior management
- Assisting in customer queries
- Dealing with Purchase invoices
- Assisting in credit control
- Reconciling accounting data to ensure accuracy
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Any adhoc queries

This permanent opportunity will be 'office based' full time presenting a great opportunity to build your profile and communication skills within this high growth company.

**What are we looking for?**
- Great at the 'basics of finance,' ideally a minimum 6 months experience in accounting (finance / bookkeeping)
- Ideally AAT Level 1 and/ or AAT Level 2, experience of Sage 50 and/or Equa2
- Enthusiastic, ambitious, and keen to progress, with an interest in helping a NetZero focused business grow
- Good IT skills, with confident telephone manner
