Kitchen Porter

The Buchanan Arms Hotel & Spa is an outstanding hotel with leisure club in Drymen, 4 miles from the east side of Loch Lomond. We have re-opened with new ownership & are looking to make a strong, guest focused team that is efficient, effective, reliable & great team players

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated, enthusiastic & hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team

Your duties will include:

- operating the dishwasher
- keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves & walls) clean & sanitised
- sweep & mop the floor as & when required
- assist to clean up spills to avoid slips, trips & falls
- wash cookware, utensils & cutlery to keep them in rotation
- keep the food & storage areas clean, tidy & organised
- ensure bins are emptied into the correct storage containers & the refuse area is well maintained
- help with routine food prep tasks such as peeling & chopping vegetables as & when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

**Salary**: £7.50-£10.50 per hour
