Grounds Assistant

**Location**:Isle of Wight, Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park

**Hours**: Full Time

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

**What we need in a nutshell**

We want our facilities to be so clean that they sparkle. So clean that when guests walk through the doors, we can hear them say “Wow”

**Tasks included are**:

- Grass cutting
- Litter picking
- Grounds maintenance
- Keeping an eye on our bins throughout the day

**Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need**

To deliver delight to our guests you will need:

- Have an awareness of what clean means - which includes attention to detail and getting a genuine thrill from a job well-done
- Have an eye for detail and continuity with experience in grass cutting
- Have a friendly and helpful attitude - delightful when you meet guests and good at communicating within your team.
- Be open to learning - experience isn’t as important as eagerness to learn
- Be willing to turn your hand to anything - guests come first, so you need to be alert to their needs and ready to help
- Be able to work day or night
