**Location**: Leeds - HMCTS Leeds District Probate Registry
**Hours**: Monday - Friday (37 hours)

**Pay**: £11.28 per hour

**This is an ongoing temporary position until March 2023 with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements**

**Role Overview**:
We are currently recruiting for full time Administration Officers to join the Team at the Leeds District Probate Registry with our client, HMCTS based in Leeds. The role will include working as part of a flexible team. This is a very interesting role, carrying out effective and efficient administration and customer care support to the courts. You would need to provide administration support ensuring staff & service users are supported through efficient processes.

**Responsibilities **include**:

- Processing probate copy requests
- Must have knowledge or from an admin background
- Entering data onto computer system, use of different on-line portals
- Able to use and have knowledge of outlook, Microsoft word, Microsoft teams, excel, and other on-line portals
- Must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to multi-task
- Linking correspondence to case records
- Scanning documents

- Ability to deal with challenging/vulnerable customers
- Someone looking for Long-Term temporary employment
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

- Quick learner
