**The Role**

Our Company has grown significantly over the last few years and with our continued success we are planning on further expansion. Due to this sustained growth we are looking for a passionate dynamic individual who is driven and would love to join our fast-paced team.

Our Valet’s are crucial to the end of repair process at our repair centres. The role is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are valued to the highest standards, spot checking to ensure the repair is being carried out as required. Quality control is also an important part of the road, ensuring the vehicle is presentable for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Appraise the vehicle on completion
- Manage inventory and reorder supplies when needed
- Ensuring that all vehicles are valeted to the highest possible standards
- Provide a prompt and professional service
- Spot checking with estimators, engineers, and paint technicians to ensure the repair is being carried out as required on the job card
- Ensure that all vehicles have completed the repair process and prior to being returned to the customer have had all accident-related works carried out in accordance with Company processes, methods, and job card

**Who we are looking for**:

- To be knowledgeable on basic vehicle layout and function
- To have an understanding and experience of valeting vehicles and workshop etiquette
- To understand the processes of repair and the contents of a job card
- To be capable of negotiating in an effective and courteous manner with suppliers
- To have good communication skills
- To be able to work to deadlines
- To have a professional customer service manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
