We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team at Vanguard Housekeeping. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and providing a pleasant environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers.

This particular opportunity is based in St Andrews. We have three holiday homes in St Andrews and wish to find 2 housekeepers who can take all cleans from these stunning properties. Cleans can be done individually, particularly if holiday cover is required but also as a team of two to cover all properties in a day.

Must have access to a vehicle for travelling between properties and to and from the laundrette when required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces, following established cleaning procedures and guidelines.
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors and surfaces.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
- Handle and report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Follow company protocols and standards to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, equipment, and storage spaces.
- Maintain and manage laundry stock. Dirty laundry is to be dropped off at a local laundrette we use and clean stock collected. It is your responsibility to manage stock levels for cleans and report any issues before they arise should laundry be delayed for any reason.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
