This phone-based role involves building relationships with clients in the hospitality industry, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining accurate records.
**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Outreach**:
- Initiate contact with potential customers to understand their needs for specialised catering products.
- Discuss the unique themes and environments of restaurants, pubs, hotels, and more.
**Database Management**:
- Update our systems promptly with any orders, samples sent, or customer interactions.
- Maintain a clean and organised database.
**Follow-up**:
- Proactively follow up on quotes or samples sent out to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to coordinate customer visits.
**Communication**:
- Handle inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
**Logistics**:
- Inform customers about product deliveries and coordinate suitable delivery times.
- Ensure timely and accurate receipt of deliveries.
**Requirements**:
- Confident telephone manner with previous experience preferred.
- PC literate with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
