**Day to Day role**:

- Monitoring of social media, ensuring that all posts meet company policies and volume required.
- Ensure all social media customer queries are answered and responded to professionally
- Work towards all marketing campaigns, activities and events achieving the desired results and are in line with the company's brand and budget. Making sure that all information was kept up to date
- Website content is accurate and updated. Content checks are carried out in line with the website page checklist and refreshed as needed after speaking with relevant colleagues.
- Support the marketing manager with contributing ideas to strategies
- Writing and scheduling engaging weekly content for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, monitoring comments and mentions across all channels, and supporting the Marketing & Communications Manager with monthly reporting, where required.
- Manage specific marketing campaigns from start to finish, where required, including the planning, development, testing and execution stages.
- Ensure effective search engine optimisation (SEO) arrangements are in place for our websites, to maximise reach and ensure the best possible user experience for our customers
- Carry out administrative tasks including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and monitoring spend for various marketing activities, such as events, fundraising activities, donations, and publication production

**Working Hours**:
This role is based on a 37 hour working week covering Monday to Friday.
