Here at our waterside base in Neyland, amid the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, with new orders on our books and fresh from a very successful Southampton boat show, we are looking to strengthen our boat building department further. With several orders in place and boats at different points in their build, we are now looking recruit a skilled and experienced marine laminator.
- Mould making and mould tool preparation
- Reading and interpreting drawings/specifications and be able to follow plans and work schedules.
- Hand lay-up with polyester and vinylester resins.
- Preparing and executing gel coating.
- Laying down e-glass, gluing core and fitting structural elements.
- Safely utilising knowledge of composite materials, including e-glass, catalyst and resin mixing.
- An ability to use problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ensure the quality of work is completed to the highest standards, with a keen eye for detail.
- Organise and maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Have a good knowledge and awareness of Health & Safety.

**Salary**: £10.00-£15.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
