Foh Assistant

To provide a friendly catering service, performing a variety of manual tasks associated with Front of House service in the location working 5 days over 7 a week. Shifts range from 06:30-17:00. Working at the Training Centre and Lodge with occasionally evening shifts 14:00-22:30 before match days.
- To provide excellent service to all players and staff members in both restaurants by serving food on the hot food.
- To keep the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
- To provide hospitality throughout the site
- To provide careful attention to detail in all service aspects when on the floor.
- To assist in specific restaurant duties during lunch service i.e laying tables, topping up the multideck
- To keep 1st Team fridges stocked and tidy throughout the day.
- To keep crockery and cutlery is polished and clean at all times.
- To ensure all requests asked by the client are undertaken proficiently.
- To look after all meeting rooms and ensure they are left clean and tidy after use
- To check on GMB and top up with food and beverage facilities throughout the day
- To provide service throughout the day at the Lodge when requested, During mornings, evenings and weekends for internal and external guests.
- To ensure the lodge is clean and tidy after every use and coffee machine and fridges are topped up and clean.
- To provide food and beverage to the management suite office and top up and clean throughout the day.
- To ensure vending machines are topped up and items are rotated
- To ensure the coffee machine in reception is clean and topped up throughout the day.
- To prep Coach Food for the Development Squad and 1st Team as requested on a weekly basis. E.g. crockery, cutlery, drinks, disposables etc.
- To prepare afternoon snacks trolleys for the Academy Players and 1st Team as requested.
- To prepare daily 1st Team Nutritional requests for players e.g. Immunes Shots etc
- To ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded.
- To be customer focused at all times, by being visible during service periods, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.

**Salary**: £11.95 per hour
