Cleaner/housekeeper

Job Title: Cleaner

**Responsibilities**:

- 8hrs can be split into two 4hr shifts or all in one day of preferred.
- Cleaning of luxury residential homes.
- Maintenance cleaning on various properties.
- Washing, ironing 10-20 garments Weekly.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- own equipment is beneficial

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
