RELOcruitment are delighted to be partnering with one of the leading names in specialist shipping & transportation.

They provide specialist services to transport jewellery, previous gems, and high value goods internationally.

They are now seeking a Professional Driver with a great work ethic and can-do attitude to deliver time sensitive items.

This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Complete collection and delivery of documentation in line with operating procedures.
- Complete daily run sheet accurately and ensure run is completed to time schedule.
- Ensure all paperwork in order at time of delivery/collection.
- Check customs documentation for customs stamp prior to leaving.
- Check all documents that are collected and handed over once returned from the run.
- Perform vehicle defect report on every company vehicle used.
- Keep your allocated vehicle, clean at all times.
- Park vehicles in an acceptable manner at the end of each day.
- Support management to ensure that we are meeting the client needs.
- Represent the company by demonstrating high levels of customer service and a smart appearance at all times.
- Adhere to site security and health & safety regulations and report any breaches.
- Undertake additional duties, or assist other members of staff, as may be reasonably requested by the Manager or Directors.

**Essential Skills**:

- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Have a good knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Able to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadline.
- Strong communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Be a team player and work effectively alongside all other members of staff.
- Have sound IT and smart phone knowledge.
- Smart/professional appearance.

**Desirable**:

- Experience of transporting confidential documentation.
- Knowledge of the local area and Central London.

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
