**Lincolnshire County Council are seeking to recruit a senior auditor to join our growing and developing team. The postholder will have a focus on delivering audits across all Council services.**

**The ideal applicant will have relevant and practical experience undertaking audits demonstrating the professional attributes set out in the Public Sector Internal Audit Standard and associated CIPFA guidance. Key skills for the role include a high degree of organisation, delivering attention to detail, an inquisitive yet professional manner along with excellent communication skills. Experience of hybrid delivery and oversight would be a distinct advantage. Full training and support on our quality and delivery methods will be provided.**

Lincolnshire County Council has a flexible working policy, which includes themes of flexitime and condensed hours, as well as initiatives such as buying additional leave, corporate discounts and a generous pension scheme. We operate a hybrid approach to working, which is a mix of working from home and the office. We offer a competitive salary of £31,099 - £34,723 (pay award pending) for a 37-hour week. The expectation is that staff are in the office in line with management requirements and to ensure effective delivery across the team.

The role is based in Lincoln, and you may be expected to deliver across our Lincolnshire based service areas. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
