We are currently looking for a Claims Handler to work for a great client based in Ormskirk.

You will have the ability to communicate with customers at all levels as well good administrative and organisational skills to follow information through on behalf of the client.

You must have good telephone manner and excellent ability to build a rapport with customers.

8-4 and 11-7 shifts Monday to Friday and contracted to work one weekend day per month in exchange for a day in lieu in the week

In return you can expect a great training programme, bonuses related to your service level and the opportunity to grow with a great business, along with a great salary of £20,000 per annum.
