Concrete Batcher

Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Receive and inspect raw materials.

Keep required records and logs.

Complete routine maintenance of batching plant (dust collector, bag house, silo filters, checking oil and fuel of the plant)

Daily periodic inspection of the plant

Assist in cleaning and repair of each plant where applicable.

Ensure the batching plant area is always kept in a clean and tidy condition.

Monitor inventories in the plant (cement, flash, admixtures)

Must also be willing to assist in other duties/roles on site but generally be a good team member.

**Licence/Certification**:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Telehandler or forklift

Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday and every Third Saturday 07:00am - 13:00pm

Rate of Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Holiday Allowance: 30 days pro rata and increasing to 35 days after 5 years’ service.
