Undergraduate Administrator

The post-holder works with the Undergraduate Manager, Undergraduate Leads, PGME and CMEC staff and other UHSussex staff to ensure UHSussex delivers the Service Level Agreement with Southampton, St Georges and Brighton and Sussex Medical Schools. The post holder organises and co-ordinates the educational programme for Years 3, 4 and 5 medical students taking a placement at the Trust.They have contact with over 250 medical students per year coordinating with other departments to organise their induction, arranging their accommodation and dealing with their enquiries for the duration of their stay. They work closely with the Undergraduate Manager and Accommodation Manager to arrange accommodation and maintain accurate records of rotations, student information and educationalsupervisors.The post-holder co-ordinates and administers the OSCEs examinations within CMEC in collaboration with the medical schools
