**Requirements of our staff**:

- Kind-hearted, reliable, compassionate, warm and a ‘people person.’
- A driving licence and your own vehicle is essential as we care for people in the community in their own homes. Car insurance to include for business use.
- No previous experience required all training given.
- Willingness to achieve training requirements and register to Social Care Wales
- Can give guaranteed hours if requested.
- Applicants must be willing to undergo screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.

**Your main duties will include**:

- To provide support to carers and people with care needs including emotional support.
- Provide and promote personal care
- Carry out domestic tasks
