Excellent opportunity for a trainee client-side Quantity Surveyor looking for the chance to progress your career, with fantastic training.

On offer is the chance to work directly with the Partner of the company, receiving invaluable 1 on 1 training, including working on full project lifecycles in the residential, commercial and heritage sectors. You will be part of a close-knit and growingteam, based in their new office in the heart of London.

This company having grown quickly since their inception, and are looking to go through another exciting phase of growth. This company offers a friendly social environment while investing time and resources into their employees.

You will split your time between the office, working remotely and attending regular site visits, supporting the quantity surveyors and wider team. This company will allow you to broaden your professional knowledge while also working in a social environment(monthly social events), fostering a supportive working environment.

**The role**
- Training as a client-side Quantity Surveyor
- Working directly with the Partner on multiple projects
- Liaising with clients and working on commercial, residential and historical building projects.

- Working towards RICS accreditation
- Experience in residential and historical sector (desirable)
