DKF are representing an award-winning environmental services client who are looking for Asbestos Removal Supervisor’s to join their team. Operating across a range of industries working with a variety of clients including commercial businesses, MOD, education, NHS trusts, local government. With many more exciting projects in the pipeline this is a rare opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking company who go the extra mile for their employees.

**What your core responsibilities would be**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Asbestos Removal Operatives on site.
- Review job specifications, inspect work site, and communicate updates to Site Manager.
- Effectively manage site paperwork (Site Diary, Completion paperwork and waste consignment notes)
- Examine workers' equipment, such as respirator systems, air evacuation and filtration systems, and air quality testing devices, to ensure that they meet company and government safety standards.
- Monitor and inspect the quality of work during project.

**To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria**:

- Hold ARCA (or equivalent) Licensed Asbestos Supervisor Training.
- Hold a valid Full UK driving licence.
- Recent supervisory experience in asbestos removal.
- Have all asbestos certificates currently in date and CSCS.
- The ability to direct a team as well as mentor and motivate staff.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
