**Admin Support Officer, Stotfold**
Our client is seeking an individual who is detailed orientated, highly organised and has a passion for supporting the efficient functioning of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office including document preparation and data entry.
- Interact with members of the public, respond to enquiries, and assist with various requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems to ensure the efficient retrieval of information when required.
- Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders ensuring information flows smoothly.
**Personal Specification**
- Previous experience in an administrative support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a keen eye to detail
Hours: 30 or 37 hours per week (client is flexible)
**Salary**: £26,873 - £28,770
On site parking
