Care Concern Group is looking to source an Administrator.
- Care Concern Group is a market leading, family-owned care group operating over 70 homes across the UK. We are passionate about creating fantastic care homes for our residents to live in and a supportive and fun environment for our team to work in._
**Contract**:
- (This is an office-based role in Head Office, Burnham - SL1)_
- £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
- Contracted to 37.5-hours per week.
- Pension.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave.
- Onsite parking.
**Responsibilities**
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Update internal databases.
- Prepare HR documents.
- Revise company policies.
- Liaise with external partners.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information.
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
- Participate in HR projects.
