**Position: Cover Supervisor**

**Location: Chelmsford**

We are currently seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant Secondary School in Chelmsford. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting KS3 and KS4 classes, ensuring continuity in learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Support students' learning and engagement in accordance with the school's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth delivery of the curriculum.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting is preferable.
- Transferable skills such as strong communication, organization, and adaptability are highly valued.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is not required, but excellent behavior management skills are essential.
- Ability to work across KS3 and KS4 classes.
- Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service is desirable.
- A commitment to promoting a positive learning environment for all students.

**Benefits**:
