**Salary and benefits**:Up to £45,000 depending on experience plus 8% bonus up to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a **Product Review Consultant **in our Product Management team within the Service & Integration Customer Division.

**The role**

Reporting into the Product Review Manager, you’ll support the delivery of our product reviews in line with regulation and internal risk appetite. This will demonstrate the effective management of our products and propositions and assess whether we are delivering good customer outcomes across the product lifecycle.

You can expect to support the delivery of specific product reviews allocated to the team, ensuring adherence to our methodology and delivering reports for approval through our governance framework. This involves working with stakeholders across multiple business areas to draw on management information (MI), produce analytics and gather information to inform product reviews.

Implementing and operating an effective and robust governance and control environment is key, so the role holder will be required to support and actively maintain good quality product review documentation, including analysis tools, plans and action RAID logs.

**What are we looking for?**

You will be a team player and comfortable working in a deeply collaborative, highly technical team with the confidence to work independently. As a strong communicator, you will have good report writing skills and communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders to be credible, productive, and efficient. You will be intellectually honest about how your work is performing and driven to continuously improve and passionate about learning. Financial Services industry experience is essential and Life and Pensions experience in a product-related role will be advantageous.
