**About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Hackney**
- Providing assistance to students in classrooms as needed
- In addition, you will be working with other staff members such as behaviour mentors, youth workers and pastoral support workers
- Delivering 1:1 direct intervention and providing support in the classroom on a regular basis
- Working with the class teacher and other members of staff to help create the best learning environment for the students in the class
- Observe and evaluate pupils' responses regarding their learning and participation in intervention activities through constant monitoring and evaluation
- Ensure that all pupils are included in the classroom in a positive manner
- Support or run interventions which are based around the individual student's needs, in a group setting
