My client is looking for a Service & Sales Administrator to join their friendly team based in Liverpool

**Responsibilities include**:

- Day to day involvement in the service department, supporting the management team
- Answering customer queries in a timely manner
- Liaising with service team to assist in placing orders for repair parts
- Dealing with service processes including receiving in repairs via courier and customers in person.
- Updating customers, producing repair estimates and invoices, collecting payments.
- Ensuring that all opportunities to maximize the company’s sales to a customer are attained
- Assisting Sales team when required with processing website orders

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
