We require a **Forklift/Waste Recycling Operative** for our client, a prestigious family-owned printing company in East Belfast, for a temp-perm post.

**Rate of pay**: £14.50 per hour

**Hours of work**:
Monday - Midnight - 6am, Tuesday to Thursday 10pm - 6am. **NIGHTSHIFT**

**Counterbalance Forklift Certificate is essential**

**Main tasks of Job**:

- Waste segregation and waste control duties using a forklift truck
- Filing and administration of waste control documentation
- Off-loading, receipt, storage and stock control of sundry items and raw materials
- Order assembly and preparation of goods for dispatch
- Loading collection vehicles for delivery
- Performing other duties deemed necessary by the Warehouse Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Counterbalance Fork Lift training and certification
- Previous relative experience working in a similar role within a busy warehouse
- A methodical approach to work
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent accuracy skills
- Good standard of IT skills

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Experience working in a similar role within the printed packaging industry
- GCSE Math’s and English grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Previous driving experience gained within a working environment
- Experience of Waste Segregation and sound housekeeping practices
- Full Clean Driving License
