Accounts Assistant

As Accounts Assistant for this international business, you will manage the day to day finances of the business, working closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders across the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Recording daily transactions onto Xero
- Managing the sales and purchase ledgers
- Overseeing credit control
- Liaising with external accountants at month end
- Running reports for Management as required

To be considered, you will have gained bookkeeping experience and will have a string understanding of how to manage the day to day finances of a business. You will have strong Excel skills and knowledge of Xero is beneficial but not essential. As this is a remote based role and you will be dealing with colleagues based Internationally, it is important you have strong communication skills and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
