Job Summary:
We are seeking a Rental Property Assessor to join our thriving Essex team.

As a Rental Property Assessor, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing rental properties to compile detailed and concise inventory reporting at the start and end of tenancies as well as mid tenancy property inspections.

Your expertise will help agents offer outstanding property management and assist landlords in ensuring their investments are being maintained to an acceptable standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills who enjoys working independently and has a passion for property.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-site assessments of rental properties, including residential and commercial properties
- Evaluate the condition, cleanliness and general habitability of rental properties
- Build and maintain successful working relationships with clients and customers
- Prepare detailed reports submitted in a timely manner

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in Lettings or property management is preferred
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as you may need to communicate with diverse tenants or property owners

Please note this is a self employed position to promote flexible working and uncapped earning potential

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £1,000.00-£1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
