Part Time Interim HR Generalist

Work closely with a wide variety of clients to advise on HR and people management policy, and employment legislation.
- Act as one of the key points of contact for client HR enquiries.
- Provide sensitive advice to client line managers in matters including grievances, disciplinaries, exit interviews, equality and diversity, and probation reviews.
- Manage documentation, casework and HR policy relating to grievances, absence management, and performance management.
- Work with client recruitment and hiring managers to support and coordinate client recruitment and onboarding projects.

The role works with a friendly, supportive, and passionate HR team, and offers a competitive remuneration package, and a flexible working schedule. Interviews to be held ASAP.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £14,500.00 per year
