**What you will do in your working day**
- Building strong relationships within the HR team and the wider business
- Build strong relationships within the HR team and with department managers across the business.
- Assist with the completion of offer letters, contracts, and reference letters.
- Collate and distribute the quarterly Engagement Newsletter.
- Review and Process all Returns to works, and flag any action required.
- Play an active part of the Employee Forum
- Oversee change form and ATR process.
- Assist with the On-boarding process.
- Collating data and producing KPI reports.
- Work on new HR projects with the HR team.
- Engage, Promote and assist with employee Engagement strategies and initiatives.

**The training you will be getting**
- Regular assessor visits throughout your apprenticeship.
- Mentor on-site
- Evening classes one day a week at Telford College
- HR support Level 3 (A level)

**Before starting, we aim to train and upskill individuals with our NOCN accredited courses, these will be once a week, every two weeks, over a three month period. Upon completion of each course, you will receive a certificate. Not only does this look amazing on your CV for employers, but you're able to upskill yourself at zero cost**

Pay: From £12,313.60 per year
