We are looking for a Procurement Buyer to join our Sourcing Services team which sits within the wider Indirect Procurement team at ASOS. Our Sourcing Services team is responsible for our new ‘ASOS Procurement Self-Serve’ process as well as lower value contracts and RFPs which sit across all ASOS Procurement categories such as Technology, Supply Chain and Marketing as well as elements of the Space (Facilities), Professional Services and PX (Human Resources) categories. We are also responsible for Procurement Operations as well as our Procurement Tools, Systems and Processes.

Reporting into the Senior Category Manager for Sourcing Services, the Procurement Buyer will be responsible for managing a varied workload including but not limited to:

- Owning the end-to-end Procurement process across various contracts and RFPs that sit across the categories defined above, with support when necessary
- Building strong relationships with other members of the Procurement team as well as key stakeholders across ASOS and some external suppliers
- Identifying and delivering cost savings
- Supporting with the development, ‘look and feel’ and continued roll-out of 'Procurement Self-Serve' at ASOS
- Assisting with Procurement Operations activity (including setting up and managing tenders on behalf of other Procurement team members), when relevant
- Supporting our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies

No day is ever the same in Sourcing Services so we are looking for an active team player who has a ‘can do attitude’ and is always willing to get stuck in whilst juggling multiple priorities simultaneously. The successful individual will have some Procurement experience, will need to be organised and adaptable and will be unfazed working in a fast-paced environment. They must also be able to remain focused through periods of change and ambiguity and be able to ‘pivot’ - often at the last minute.
**Qualifications**
- Some experience of working within a fast-paced Procurement environment
- Great analytical, organisational, administrative and presentation skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and potentially Power BI
- Some experience using Procurement tools and systems
- CIPS certification, or someone who is working towards a CIPS certification
- The ability to pivot quickly and prioritise effectively
- The ability to be proactive within a dynamic environment susceptible to change
- The ability to face and resolve multiple issues in a collaborative manner
- A down to earth character that takes people with them on a journey of cultural change and is able to adapt their style to different audiences and build positive working relationships
- Strong communication skills
- The confidence and motivation to work independently
- A strong passion for learning and the confidence to challenge the status quo
- CIPS certification, or someone who is working towards a CIPS certification
