**Contract Length**:18 months

**Role Description**:

- Produce resource programmes as part of the three-monthly cost forecast process.
- Produce works risk assessments/method statements.
- Approve sub-contractors/suppliers risk assessments/method statements.
- Produce short term/weekly programmes to deliver the Contract programme
- Explanation of works preparations to the project management/supervision team
- Raise requests for further information from the Client/Design team.
- Deal with requests for further information from suppliers/sub-contractors.
- Identify and co-ordinate temporary works requirements.
- Material and equipment requisitions
- Subcontract requisitions.
- Define areas of responsibility for Engineers
- Ensure flow of information to construction teams
- Monitor progress against short term/weekly programmes
- Maintain a daily record of progress, activities, changes, and events.

**Required Experience**:
You must have a proven background as a Sub Agent ideally on rail civil engineering projects in the UK, you will have a minimum of a HNC in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and you will have a valid CSCS Card.
