**What’s the role about?**

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join as a P2P Supervisor in our Centre for Accounting. The Partnership’s Centre for Accounting (CfA) is a dynamic, agile function with around 150 Partners that deliver end to end accounting services for our business and our brands, as well as cash management and all core transactional processing.

In this role you will be responsible for leading the management of a large team of Finance professionals within the Partnership’s Centre for Accounting (CfA), ensuring a high quality service across a specific suite of tasks and activity across the ‘Source to Settle’ (S2S) global process, including both ‘Goods for Resale’ (GFR) and ‘Goods not for Resale’ (GNFR).

A key part of the role is to engage, motivate and support a team during a period of significant and ongoing change in support of the evolving Partnership Plan and overall Finance priorities. You will have overall accountability for efficiency, effectiveness and ongoing optimisation of activities and associated operating controls. You will be assigned other activities including people management, assignment management, work planning, resource allocation and training / coaching. You will also work collaboratively with peers to decide how team resources are allocated across resource pools.

**Please note, this role is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract. This role is known internally as a Process Supervisor.**

**What will you be doing?**
- Influencing and managing relationships with stakeholders (teams, functional, Partnership, external) to enable the successful delivery of activities and projects and coordination of effective risk management.
- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of team outputs through quality assurance framework and up-to-date Service Operating Procedures, as well as understanding and optimising operational metrics.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvements across processes, controls, new propositions and policies, both proactively and based on feedback and insight from stakeholders, colleagues and customers.

**What you'll have**:

- A proven track record of managing and influencing stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.
- Extensive experience of leading Partners with a focus on collaboration and delivery.
- Extensive experience optimising and improving processes (self initiated)
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of numeracy.

**What else you’ll bring**:

- Experience leading teams within a shared service centre or Head Office environment
- Experience of working with finance and/or procurement systems.
- Experience of working in/on a source-to-settle process.
- Experience of retail operations.
