Recharge Controller

**Type**: Permanent, Full-time
**Working hours**: Mon - Fri, 40 hours.
**Job Function**:To ensure all company assets off-hired and returned to the depot are inspected, damages/missing items recorded, photographed and recharged to the customer.
**Reporting to**: Depot Manager.
**Liaising with**: Yard Foreman, Depot Service Engineers, Valeters
**Responsibilities**:
- To inspect all off hired units/vans/lights for any customer damage and recharge the customer
- To inspect all off hired units/vans/lights for any missing items and recharge the customer
- To inspect all off hired units/vans/lights for any rubbish disposal and deep clean requirements and recharge the customer
- To raise the repair for any damages that need to be rectified at the Depot
- Identify the parts required to affect the repair and raise a purchase requisition for any non
- stocked parts
- To identify and set aside any units that require refurbishment
- To ensure any customer belongings left in the unit/van are logged and stored for the customer to collect or be returned
- Correctly process all jobs on the works mobile tablet and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the company’s health and safety policy and procedures are adhered to in relation to all depot operations.
- Follow company’s Employee handbook policies and procedures.
- Any other duties requested by your Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Experience as a recharge controller.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time keeping.
- Ability to work alone or as a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
