Customer Experience Advisor

Omlet, a designer and online retailer of world-famous pet products, is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and talented Dutch speaking Customer Experience Advisor.
Omlet provides support for our Dutch customers from Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm (UK time) 40hrs per week. Please only get in touch if you really enjoy providing a fantastic customer experience.

As a Customer Experience Advisor at Omlet, you’ll work with our customers to create wondrous connections with their pets. Providing personalised support, you’ll contribute to Omlet’s overall positive brand image that exceeds expectations.
Main Responsibilities
- Your proactive approach will involve leading communication with customers, anticipating their needs, and providing solutions before queries arise.
- Recognise potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of our products.
- Thoroughly understand our product range, including features, benefits and specifications to assist customers with product selection, offer recommendations, and provide technical information.
- Process enquiries and orders promptly and accurately in line with GDPR.
- Liaise with courier companies to ensure deliveries to customers are seamlessly executed, reflecting our commitment to efficiency and reliability.
- Escalate complex issues and conveying valuable customer feedback to the CX Team Leader, contributing to continuous improvement.
- An excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Positive, with a motivated attitude towards customer service and the willingness to learn how to provide outstanding service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
- Confident, positive, proactive and dynamic.
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take own initiative.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- An attention to detail person, curious thinker and good listener.
- Must love animals. We are passionate about creating great products for our pets so this is a must
Previous experience is less important than a positive, motivated attitude towards Customer Experience.
So we can support our customers during varying busy periods, flexibility with hours is ideal.
Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
