- **Shift**: Night Shift, Midnight to 8am, Sunday to Thursday
- **Pay**: £11.77 per hour / £13.70 per hour depending on knowledge and experience

***Role Overview**:
As a Picker and Packer with Fish Knowledge, you will play a crucial role in our production process by assisting the Blockman with fish filleting tasks. Your expertise in fresh fish will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our production line.
***Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Blockman with skilled fish filleting and processing tasks.
- Utilize your knowledge of fresh fish to identify and select high-quality products for processing.
- Pack finished products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow and meet targets.
***Requirements**:
- Good knowledge of fresh fish, including species identification and handling techniques.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a food production environment.
- Ability to work night shifts from midnight to 7am, Sunday to Thursday.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
