**Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team.

**Duties**:

- Estimate material and labour costs for construction projects
- Analyze project specifications
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes
- Prepare accurate and timely bids
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Estimator or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
