**Room Attendant wanted at a new, sustainable hotel in Westminster**

**About Us**:We are delighted to introduce a brand-new and luxurious hotel in the heart of Westminster. We are seeking experienced and dedicated Room Attendants to uphold our commitment to an immaculate guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Room Preparation**: Ensure that guest rooms are impeccably prepared, with a focus on cleanliness, attention to detail, and adherence to our high standards.
- **Linen and Towel Service**: Change bed linens, towels, and other guestroom amenities to maintain a fresh and welcoming atmosphere.
- **Maintenance and Reporting**: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damage in the rooms for prompt resolution.
- **Guest Satisfaction**: Exceed guest expectations by providing personalized service, promptly fulfilling requests, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- **Inventory Control**: Manage cleaning supplies and amenities, ensuring they are adequately stocked and readily available.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently and effectively.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of room cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Pay**:£12.74 basic + £1.25 tronc (£13.99)

**Hrs**:Full-time
