Lettings Administrator

- £22k salary pa. (negotiable depending on experience)**

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a highly professional and well-established independent estate agency based in South West London to recruit an experienced Part-Time Lettings Administrator to join their team.

We are looking for a Lettings Administrator who has experience working with CFP Winman, a thorough knowledge of the Lettings process and lettings progression.

This a fantastic opportunity to join a great company where you can have a Part Time role with the opportunity to develop into a full time position at a later date.

The role:

- Dealing with Lettings files from agreed through to move in
- Producing AST, references, Right to rent checks, EPC, Gas Safety, EICR, checking compliance
- Lettings admin including updating Rightmove and Zoopla portals
- Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth process in lettings
- Working closely with the lettings team

Experience/skills required:

- Experience in a Lettings Admin/Lettings Progression role
- Must have experience using CFP Winman (currently or very recently)
- Ability to commute to South West London
- Eye for detail, organised and positive
- IT proficient

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,441.00-£27,813.00 per year
