**Contract**:Full Time. Fully flexible across weekdays and weekends.

**Salary**:£12 per hour

**The Position**

As a Runner** **you will be responsible for the following below:

- Always demonstrate a high standard of grooming.
- Be in control of the Runner Section in the kitchen.
- Provide a prompt, efficient, friendly, courteous, and professional service always.
- Promote teamwork and be flexible towards business needs.
- Assist the Management team by actively aiding with: polishing cutlery & glassware, maintaining equipment clean & food stored according to food safety standards.Carry out any reasonable request by a manager.
- Ensure the working area is set accordingly to standards and policies
- Arrive at work for the scheduled shift punctually, always following company absence and lateness procedure if unable to do so.
- Adhere to and Comply with any Cleaning Schedules, opening and Closing checklists to the established company standard.
- Be fully compliant with the current legislation regarding Health and Safety, Hygiene, food safety, and Licensing Law as applicable to the restaurant.
- Carry out and execute the agreed company sequence of service
- Be positive and responsive to any needs and action them without delay.
- Inform supervisors and/or managers of any complaints, feedback, comments, and perceived issues from guests and staff.
