**About Us**:
**THE ROLE**:
- We are looking for a project manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) and lead the delivery of strategic and operational projects across the business.
- You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the progress, quality, and risks of multiple strategic projects, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, goals, and values.
- You will work closely with senior stakeholders, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and value partners and investors.
- You will support the Operating Board in defining and implementing the business transformation and acceleration agenda, providing insights, recommendations, and best practices.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, following the PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Define the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, in collaboration with the project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities, effective communication, and timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them as needed and implementing mitigation and contingency plans.
- Track and measure the project performance, quality, and benefits realization, using relevant metrics and indicators.
- Ensure the project compliance with the company's policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Facilitate the project closure and handover, capturing the lessons learned and feedback from the project team and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMO processes, tools, and capabilities.
- Support the management team in defining and implementing the business transformation and acceleration agenda, providing insights, recommendations, and best practices.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a business transformation or acceleration context.
- Certification in a recognized project management methodology, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.
- Strong knowledge and skills in project planning, execution, monitoring, and control, using various tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues and risks.
- Team player, collaborative, and supportive, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and driven, with a strong commitment to delivering value and quality for the customers and the business.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
