Job Overview:
Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
Management and practical involvement in all building work, including reactive call-outs, planned maintenance, refurbishments and new build.

Input towards annual building and maintenance budgets

Assist with the instruction and management of sub-contractors

Contribute to health and safety compliance within the building maintenance and parkland teams, including compliance with CDM regulations

Plan daily and weekly work schedules

Assist with supplies procurement, ordering and purchasing including waste and recycling

Assist with private water supply maintenance, storage tanks and boreholes.

Occasionally may be required to help with Fencing repairs / tree clearance / tree inspections / pest control.
