Overview
We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks to support our operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and wants to be part of a dynamic team.

**Duties**:

- Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand tools
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
