Foundry Operative

**Title: Foundry Operative / Production Operative**

**Our client, based in Kidderminster requires a team of Foundry Operatives who will be focusing on pressure die casting. Long term opportunities and the role offers the possibility of a permanent position following a successful trial period. Overtime available.**

**Responsibilities of the Foundry Operative**:

- Operating pressure die casting machines.
- Grinding and linishing castings.
- Working with Aluminium.
- Using shot blasting machinery to clean castings.
- Relevant training may be given if required to work in other areas of the foundry.

**Requirements of the Foundry Operative**:

- Reliability and dependability.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
- Self-motivated.
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks.

**Pay rate & Hours**:

- Days, rotating shift pattern Monday - Friday 06:00am -14:15pm, 14:00pm - 22:15pm.
- £11.49 per hour.
- Night shift Sunday - Thursday 22:00pm - 06:15am.
- £13.63 per hour.
- Overtime at £26.18 per hour on Saturday nights.
