**Role Requirements**:

- Working with students in a Sports & Physical Activity focused role
- Implementing and monitoring behaviour management strategies to support students with challenging behaviour.
- Providing guidance and support to students in managing their emotions and developing positive behaviour patterns.
- Providing one-to-one mentoring and counselling to students who may be struggling with behavioural issues, emotional well-being, or social skills.
- Supporting the inclusion of students with behavioural difficulties in mainstream education.
Working with the school's inclusion team to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of students in relation to behaviour goals and objectives.
- Intervening in crisis situations involving student behaviour and working to de-escalate conflicts and ensure the safety of students and staff.
- Experience supporting students in a sports or physical activity based activities
- Ability to engage and build rapport with disengaged students at risk of mainstream exclusion
- Relevant qualification - degree, PT/Gym Instructor or relevant
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and pastoral staff
- Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and support a range of diverse needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £85.00-£105.00 per day
